Master Technician

We are seeking a skilled, practical, and hard-working individual to join our dynamic team within the automotive industry. Working across renowned brands including Vauxhall, Peugeot, and Citroen, you will play a key role in ensuring customer vehicles are serviced, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards, while also leading and mentoring a team of technicians.

Master TechnicianKey Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles.
Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues and resolve them efficiently.
Lead and support a team of technicians to meet daily workshop targets and ensure maximum efficiency.
Provide clear explanations of automotive repairs to customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
Participate in in-house and manufacturer-provided training to stay updated with the latest techniques and innovations.

Master TechnicianRequirements:

Master Technician certification and NVQ/City & Guilds (or equivalent Level 3 qualifications).
A valid UK manual driving license with no more than 3 points.
Proven experience with vehicle diagnostics and repair, ideally across multiple brands.
Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Flexible and adaptable to new responsibilities and learning opportunities.
MOT Tester qualification is a plus, but not essential.

OTE £60,000 (including £40k basic + commission on workshop labour sales).
